We are Kaleidoscope Learning, a toy library in St. Paul, MN. Through this GIVEAWAY, we are offering a chance to win a FREE membership to our wonderful toy library and family resource center! Our toy library is for local pickup only, as we do not ship items.

 

Giveaway includes:

One (1) yearly Chrysalis Membership to our toy library valued at $125.00. 

This level allows you to have five (5) items out at a time, and access to our other services. There is no due date or late fees on our toys, and you can exchange items when you’d like! You will have access to over 660 items in our inventory to check out!

This giveaway is open for 7 days from Monday, November 6th to Monday, November 13th. Giveaway closes on Monday (11/13/23) at 11:59 PM CT. MN/WI residents only. Need to be 18 years and older to enter. No purchase necessary. Winner will be notified on Tuesday, November 14th, 2023, via direct message, which will include instructions on how to redeem the free membership. Winner will have one week (until November 21st) to claim their prize. If the winner does not claim their prize before November 21st, 2023, Kaleidoscope Learning will re-draw and name a new winner of the prize. Winner will also be announced on Kaleidoscope Learning's Instagram page (@kscopelearning).

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Kaleidoscope Learning and its affiliate organizations, such as, but not limited to, Monarch Montessori School, harmless from any demands, loss, liability, claims or expenses (including attorneys’ fees), made against them by any third party due to, or arising out of, or in connection with your participation of the Giveaway or any of the services offered on social media or the website.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Kaleidoscope Learning, be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including without limitation, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to the use of, or inability to use, the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Kaleidoscope Learning assumes no liability or responsibility for any (i) errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of content; (ii) personal injury or property damage, of any nature whatsoever, resulting from your access to or use of our service; and (iii) any unauthorized access to or use of our secure servers and/or any and all personal information stored therein.

Arbitration

Any dispute, controversy or claim between the parties arising out of or relating to this Terms of Use and Policies or the breach, termination or validity hereof shall be referred to and finally resolved by binding arbitration in Saint Paul, Minnesota, to the exclusion of all other procedures, in accordance with the rules then in force of the American Arbitration Association, which are deemed to be incorporated by reference into this Section 9.  In any such arbitration, one arbitrator shall be appointed in accordance with such rules.  Where the rules of the American Arbitration Association do not provide for a particular situation, the arbitrator shall determine the course of action to be followed.  To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the parties agree not to assert any rights to have any court rule on a question of law affecting the arbitration or to hear any appeal from or entertain any judicial review of the arbitral award.

Governing Law

The Laws of the State of Minnesota will govern these Terms of Use.
